Surgical Liposuction

Surgical liposuction is a procedure that mechanically suctions excess fat from selected areas of the body (face, chin, jawline, shoulders, knees) using thin cannulas connected to a suction device.

Treatment areas: face (chin, jawline), shoulders, knees.

Anesthesia: local – infiltration with lidocaine.

Treatment time: 30–60 minutes.

Compression garments: 2–4 weeks (depending on the area).

How does it work?

Injection Lipolysis

A minimally invasive procedure involving the injection of preparations (phosphatidylcholine, deoxycholate) leading to the chemical breakdown of adipocytes, or fat cells.

Preparations: phosphatidylcholine, deoxycholate.

Treatment areas: excess fat from specific areas of the body: jowls (excess fat on the cheeks), double chin.

Treatment time: 20–40 min.

Recovery: no dressings; mild bruising, swelling for up to 7 days.

Mechanism of action

• Lipolytic substances damage the fat cell membranes.

Endolift Laser Lift and Lipolysis

Endolift is a minimally invasive laser lift and lipolysis that uses a 1470 nm diode laser, inserted subcutaneously through a thin fiber optic cable to simultaneously tighten collagen fibers and precisely reduce fat. Laser energy stimulates fibroblasts for neo-collagenesis, shrinks existing collagen fibers and liquefies adipocytes, which are then removed physiologically.
