Needle mesotherapy – what does it consist of and what are its effects?

Needle mesotherapy is a non-surgical method used in aesthetic medicine, involving precisely delivering mixtures of vitamins, amino acids, peptides and hyaluronic acid directly into the skin. Thanks to intradermal injections, the active ingredients bypass the epidermal barrier and reach the deeper layers of the skin, where they effectively stimulate its regeneration and intensely moisturize it.

How does needle mesotherapy work?

  1. Dual mechanism of action: The densely spaced micropunctures made during the treatment induce a controlled inflammatory response, stimulating the skin to regenerate and rebuild. At the same time, the introduced active ingredients – such as vitamins, peptides and hyaluronic acid – nourish and intensively hydrate the skin from within.
  2. Stimulation of collagen and elastin: Active ingredients – such as biomimetic peptides, organic silicon, vitamin C or hyaluronic acid. Delivered directly to the dermis, they affect cellular metabolism, promote the synthesis of new support fibers and help improve skin density, firmness and elasticity.
  3. Deep hydration: Hyaluronic acid binds water in the dermis, reducing dryness and fine lines.

To whom is needle mesotherapy recommended?

  • People with signs of aging (wrinkles, loss of firmness).
  • Dehydrated, dull skin with no radiance.
  • For hair loss problems – mesotherapy of the scalp strengthens the hair follicles.
  • For the correction of uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation, and acne scars.
  • Hands, décolleté, and neck – areas with thin skin that quickly show signs of aging.

Course of treatment

1

Consultation and preparation

a doctor or cosmetologist assesses the condition of the skin and selects the appropriate blend of active substances.

2

Cleansing and anesthesia

the skin is thoroughly cleansed, and an anesthetic cream is applied for the patient's comfort.

3

Intradermal injections

a series of punctures are made with a fine needle at different intervals and techniques, depending on the area (face, neck, décolleté, hands, scalp). The treatment takes about 20 minutes. In addition, the anesthesia takes 30 minutes

Postoperative indications

  • Avoid saunas, swimming pools, and intense exercise for 48 hours.
  • Use mild cleansers and moisturizers recommended by the doctor.
  • Use SPF 50 sun protection for at least one week.
  • Avoid makeup for 24 hours.

  • Evened out skin tone and reduced discoloration.
  • Strengthened hair follicles and reduction of hair loss.
  • Long-term effect with a series of 4–6 treatments every 2–4 weeks; sustained results can be maintained with follow-up treatments every 3–6 months.
